I love the station Pandora. I've been using it since college. I have this need to have music on in the background while I work.
I've had the same pandora account since college. So my stations are pretty baller. And since they don't have time limits (remember the 40 hour limit per week?), I listen all the time: at work, in the car, at home, on my walks.
Well, at work I have my own office and it's at the back of the main office, so I listen to music at a semi-loud volume. And this song ALWAYS gets baby moving. Thought I'd share. It's a pretty kick ass song. Which I hope is an indicator that my kid will be kick ass.

Music on the Internet
I've always gone to Pandora for music needs on the internet. Back in college, it was my go to, and since college, I've listed to Pandora at each of my jobs.
UNTIL NOW.
Welcome to a better world: Grooveshark.
Grooveshark is everything I love about Pandora plus more.
-You can select the exact song, exact artist that you like and play it instantly.
-You can search other people's playlists and add them all to yours.
-You can listen to one of their many radio stations and give a happy or sad face (similar to Pandora) to create a station that fits yours.
-There are no ads.
-You can quickly find yesterday's playlist, and replay instantly.
I love it. And I know you will, too. Check it out here. You're welcome.

Naked Ladies on Christmas?
It's that wonderful holiday time of year. We pull out trees from closets, attics and dusty boxes, trees from nurseries, the woods or the creepy tree dealer in the Wawa parking lot. We find comfort from the cold weather inside with blankets, fireplaces and hot chocolate that burns the tip of your tongue. We hit the malls looking for presents for other people, only to come home with some goodies for yourself. And you consider which of your far away friends you like enough to mail a piece of paper wishing holiday cheer.
One of my favorite ways to get in the mood for the holidays is with Christmas music. I'm a huge fan of the classics, your Walkin' in a Winter Wonderland sort. This year, Bryan gifted me early a holiday album I'd never have picked up for myself.

The Barenaked Ladies: Barenaked for the Holidays It's wonderful. It's got a classic feel with a fun, silly twist. I play it in the background in these freezing mornings, sipping my hot chocolate and looking out at our snowy backyard. And it feels like Christmas.
