It's the first freezing day in Oklahoma. I still wore peep toe stilettos because I love them. I did switch out my blouse for a heavy sweater. I even asked my student for tea - the first time since working here that I've needed something in the morning. She was like, Are you okay, Alyssa? I said, I'm freezing! And she made two teas so we could talk about how cold we were as we drank the hot tea.
I wish I had something exciting to write about, but life is in its regular pace. Finally. Things feel normal, feel pretty good. Finally. Sigh.
